Travel Money Cards

  • If you’re already a Cashplus customer, your new Euro or USD Card will be with you within 3-5 working days of ordering it via Online Banking of the Cashplus Bank App.

  • You can deposit to a maximum balance of €5,000 or US $7,500 (depending on which denomination your card(s) are in).

  • As long as the transaction is in the same currency that the card is in, the purchase transaction is free.

So, you can make a purchase when you are in the Eurozone or online from a website that charges in Euros and there will be no purchase transaction fee.

Where a transaction is made in a currency that is not your card’s base currency (i.e. not Euro or US dollar), the relevant exchange rate will be the wholesale rate applied by Mastercard on the transaction date, plus the relevant Purchase transaction currency fee set out in the Currency Card Fee Summary.

  • If you use the card to make a withdrawal in the same currency that the card is in, there’s no charge.

Fees and charges may apply for withdrawing funds in a currency that is not your card’s base currency, and some financial institutions or associations may charge additional fees. For full information on fees and charges review the Currency Card Fee Summary
