It’s been a huge five years for Cashplus. We officially became a bank, developed lots of great new features for our products and have proved ourselves as a sustainable business that’s here to stay.

It’s time for a new name and a new look to reflect what we’ve become and what we’ll build in the future.

Cashplus Bank will become Zempler Bank later this year.

Whether you’ve been banking with us for days or decades, we wouldn’t be here without you. You made Cashplus Bank what it was. We can’t wait to show you what Zempler Bank will be.

Different name, same bank

Beware of fraudsters pretending to be Cashplus or Zempler Bank

Fraudsters may use our name change to pretend to be Cashplus or Zempler Bank to get you to do something so they can access your account. 

Remember, you don't need to do anything to prepare for this name change. If someone ask you to do something to update your account or login details, it's a fraudster - hang up immediately. 

When we introduce our new cards, we'll let you know. You won't need to do anything to receive a new card either. 

Your questions answered

  • Cashplus Bank will change its name to Zempler Bank later this year. We’ll let you know the exact date in the coming months so keep an eye out for more emails from us.

  • No, nothing. Your account number, sort code and login details are staying exactly the same. And our core products are all here to stay too – just better.

  • Zempler Bank is the same account and run by the same entity. Your account number, sort code and login details are staying exactly the same. Your card and any existing payments set up on your account will continue to work normally too.

  • No, you won't. If you receive such a request, this will be a fraudster and you shouldn't share any of this information. If you're ever unsure whether a request is genuinely from us, you should contact us

    If an individual asks you to share codes or login details, it's a fraudster.

    Things we will never ask you:

    • Ask for your login details like username and password outside of our banking app or Online Banking
    • Ask you to reveal your personal or card information like your card number, expiry date, PIN, One Time Passcode (OTP), or security number (that’s the one on the back of your card). Remember your OTP code is to authorise a payment or transfer. Please read the FULL OTP message before you enter the OTP code.
    • Ask anyone else to contact you on our behalf asking for any account or personal details
    • Ask you to urgently move funds from your account to another account
    • Offer to help you remotely and get you to install / share your screen
    • Ask you to forward any emails that you have received from Cashplus
    • Ask you to provide any details in order to cancel a transaction
  • If you’re using the Cashplus Bank app, the way you log in will stay the same when we change to Zempler Bank

    If you’re using online banking, the website link may be different when we can change to Zempler Bank (more details on this coming soon) but the way you use online banking (like making payments or viewing your balance) will be the same.

  • No, your Cashplus account details remain the same with Zempler Bank.

  • Yes, your Cashplus card will still work. We’ll let you know when you can expect to receive a new Zempler Bank card later on.

  • No, we’ll be the same team with the same people, and the way you contact us will remain the same.

  • If you have questions we haven't answered here, our team are happy to help. Contact our Customer Services team. Our Customer Services team can answer any questions you have about your account. If you require additional support because of your health or circumstances, we can help you with this. Alternatively you can share your situation through the Cashplus Bank app and one of our team will reach out to you. 

  • Our legal entity name is currently Advanced Payment Solutions Limited, trading as Cashplus Bank. When we change our name to Zempler Bank, we will operate as Zempler Bank Ltd. We won’t use Advanced Payment Solutions Limited or Cashplus Bank anymore.

  • No, your account terms and conditions will remain the same, except the name of our legal entity will change from Advanced Payment Solutions Limited, trading as Cashplus Bank, to Zempler Bank Ltd.
